Unaccompanied Refugee Minors (URMs): Youth who enter the United States prior to age 18 

Youth eligible for the URM Program include: refugee minors, Amerasians, Cuban and Haitian entrants, Asylees, victims of a severe form of trafficking, and eligible minors reclassified/designated to URM.
