Important Information about Your Application
- A username and password is required to fill out an application. To begin, click “Login to start” below.
- Next, if this is your first time using this online system, click “New user registration.”
- Fill out each section of the application, labeled in the light grey boxes at the top of the page (School year & semester, Applicant info, School info, Case manager info, Participant agreement). Complete all fields marked with a red asterix (*). Click “Save” at the bottom of the page as you complete each section.
- When each section is complete, scroll down and click “Save and Review.” Double-check the info on the “Review” page is correct before clicking “Submit.” Requests will be processed within 24 hours or the next business day.
