The ORR National Call Center (ORRNCC) offers a subscription text message program. The ORR National Call Center is a program within BCFS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES Health and Human Services. This service is provided at no cost to the children or their family. Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint (including Boost and Virgin Mobile) and Verizon Wireless. Additional carriers may be added. To use this service, please text in the keyword “NINOS” to 64667. By providing your consent to enroll in this subscription program, you will receive an introductory message shortly that will outline how to contact the call center. Although we will not charge for any content sent to you or received from you, your wireless carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for more information about your messaging plan. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. To discontinue receiving SMS messages from ORRNCC, text STOP to 64667.
